Scott McHardy

Scott McHardy is an experienced professional in risk finance and economic development, currently serving as the Head of Risk Finance and Principal Advisor at the Earthquake Commission since November 2015. Prior to this role, Scott held various managerial positions at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and worked at the Ministry of Economic Development, New Zealand, where responsibilities included advising senior government officials. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at the New Zealand Treasury and consulting at Marakon Associates and Rothschild Australia Asset Management.
