Miranda Levo has been working in the customer experience field since 2019, when they began as a Customer Experience Team Member at Natural Life. Miranda then moved up to become a Customer Experience Team Lead and later an Assistant Manager. Prior to this, they worked as a Fraud Specialist at Citi from 2018.
Miranda Levo attended the University of North Florida from 2016 to 2022 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
