Abir Yahyaoui

Abir Yahyaoui is an experienced professional in the field of natural resource governance and sustainable development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer for the Tunisia Program at the Natural Resource Governance Institute since April 2019, Abir provides programmatic support, focusing on civil society and media projects while leading capacity building and grant-making efforts. Prior to this role, Abir worked as an Energy Consultant and Project Coordinator at CAN AW and FES Tunisia, where responsibilities included leading a project focused on integrating Sustainable Development Goals into national strategies. Abir also has experience as a Geologist at ETAP. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Geology and advanced training in natural resource governance and development from ETH NADEL and other institutions.
