Marc Khouri

Marc Khouri serves as the Director at Natural Resources Canada since October 2022, following a notable tenure at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat where positions included Director of the Priorities and Planning Sector and Executive in Digital Policy & Research. In these roles, Marc Khouri oversaw policy development processes, advised on legislative matters, and facilitated significant digital initiatives, including the Treasury Board Policy on Service and Digital. Previous experience includes senior advisory positions focused on energy policy and program management, both within the Government of Canada and in the private sector as a management consultant. Marc Khouri holds a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary.
