Melisa Tica

Melisa Tica, MPP, is an experienced policy and program evaluation analyst currently serving in the Audit and Evaluation Branch at Natural Resources Canada since May 2022. With a background in public policy, Melisa has held various roles including Policy Analyst at both the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Assistant Deputy Minister’s Office in the Lands and Minerals Sector. Previous experience includes working as a Junior Business Analyst at Service Canada, where responsibilities involved preparing parliamentary materials and collaborating with central agencies on key submissions. Melisa's career also includes significant contributions as an Executive Assistant to a Member of Parliament, managing client cases and fostering partnerships across various sectors. Melisa holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto's Munk School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Governance from Ryerson University.
