Nicole Uher

Nicole Uher is an experienced policy professional currently serving as Deputy Director at the Critical Minerals Centre of Excellence within Natural Resources Canada since November 2019. Previously, Nicole held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at the same center and worked as a Policy Analyst in the Refugee Affairs Branch at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada from July 2018 to October 2019. Nicole is a graduate of the Advanced Policy Analyst Program with the Government of Canada, having completed diverse placements across various departments from June 2016 to June 2018. Earlier roles included management consulting at Orbis Risk Consulting and policy research at Employment and Social Development Canada. Nicole holds degrees from Carleton University and Queen's University and possesses an International Baccalaureate (Bilingual Diploma) from Ashbury College.
