Eloisa Portillo-Morales

Eloisa Portillo-Morales has a background in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso. Eloisa has worked in various sustainability and environmental roles, including as the Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer at the City of San Antonio and a Recycling Program Manager at the City of El Paso. Currently, Eloisa serves as the Senior Director at the Natural Resources Defense Council, leading the Internal Capacity Team at the Environment, Equity, & Justice Center. Eloisa also held positions as the Sustainability Planning Manager and Equity, Networks, and Partnerships Director at the City of San Antonio. Prior to that, Eloisa worked as a Sustainability Program Engineer at the City of El Paso and an Environmental Investigator at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
