Mara Moss

Mara Moss is the Strategy, Planning and Operations Associate at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) since July 2021. Prior to this, Mara worked at the NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY) from 2017 to 2020 as the Compost Drop-Off Program Coordinator and later as the Organics Outreach Associate. Mara also has experience as an Environmental Educator at Brooklyn Botanic Garden from May 2015 to September 2016. Mara holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Art (BA) in Nutrition Sciences and Environmental Public Health from The Ohio State University.
