Michael James Timberlake

Michael James Timberlake has a diverse work experience in communications and digital media. Michael James started their career as a Marketing Account Coordinator at Jennings Social Media Marketing in 2009, where they managed the company and client blogs, Twitter accounts, and advertisement strategies. In 2010, they worked as a Research Intern at Media Matters for America, monitoring media outlets for misinformation and providing accurate information to counter false claims. In the same year, they also worked as a Digital Media Senior Associate at Rational 360, and as a New Media Associate at 3 Click Solutions, where they developed and led successful digital media campaigns for clients.

In 2012, Timberlake joined the Alliance to Save Energy as a Communications & Media Relations Manager. Michael James then moved on to roles as a Senior Associate at both Prism Public Affairs and Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, where they led digital strategies for numerous advocacy and public affairs clients, developed websites, and managed digital research and analysis during crisis communications events.
