Regan Nelson

Senior Advocate, Oceans Program, Marine Mammal Protection Project at Natural Resources Defense Council

Regan Nelson has a background in environmental studies and forestry, with a Master's degree in Forestry from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Regan has held various roles in organizations such as Conservation Northwest, The Nature Conservancy, The Aspen Institute, and the Natural Resources Defense Council, where currently Regan serves as the Senior Advocate in the Oceans Program within the Marine Mammal Protection Project. Prior to this, Regan was the President of Swell Strategies, LLC.
