Sarah Medeiros has a diverse range of work experience. Sarah began their career as a Writers' Production Assistant and later became a Writers' Assistant at Nickelodeon in 2012. Sarah then worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at American University from 2015 to 2016. Sarah also gained experience as a Communications Intern at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation in 2016.

Currently, Sarah Medeiros is working at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) as the Eastern Digital Campaigns Manager. In this role, they collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute campaigns that engage audiences, support local policy objectives, and advance national advocacy goals. Sarah plans and executes digital advocacy and engagement campaigns, utilizing various tools and tactics to recruit and mobilize audiences in priority states.
