Senior Litigating Counsel at Natural Resources Defense Council

Selena Kyle began their career in 2000 as an Analyst in Corporate Strategic Planning at The Walt Disney Company. Selena worked in this role until 2002. In 2005, they served as a Law Clerk at the Chambers of the Honorable Susan J. Dlott, a U.S. District Court Judge. Following this, Selena joined the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in 2006 as a Staff Attorney. Selena worked their way up within the organization, taking on roles such as Senior Attorney from 2013 to 2018, Managing Litigator in Chicago from 2018 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Senior Litigating Counsel.

Selena Kyle attended Stanford University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Urban Studies. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Stanford Law School from 2002 to 2005. It is unclear if they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Urban Studies prior to their Bachelor of Arts degree.
