Steve Fleischli

Steve Fleischli has an extensive background in environmental law and advocacy. Currently working at NRDC as the Sector Lead for Air & Water in the Environmental Health Program, Steve leads a team that focuses on reducing air pollution and ensuring safe water for communities. With past experience including positions such as Senior Director for Water Initiatives, Deputy Director of the People & Communities Program, Water Program Director, and President/Executive Director of Waterkeeper Alliance, Steve has been involved in various initiatives to protect water resources and promote environmental justice. Steve also has a background in teaching environmental law as an adjunct professor.
