Paul Rous

Paul Rous is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and corporate ventures. Currently serving as a Partner at Natural Ventures since October 2023, Paul focuses on sustainable water and food systems. As the Managing Director and Founder of Regenerate Ventures since July 2020, Paul leads the UK's first climate fund dedicated to food and water security. Previously, Paul held leadership roles at Cognizant, Yara International, Blackfinch Group, Fuel Ventures, and Generation Asset Management, contributing to strategic digital transformation and venture building. Paul began a career in the Australian Army and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Imperial College Business School and a PhD in Agricultural Innovation from Royal Agricultural University.
