Jaroslaw Kończak has been working in the field of software engineering since 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Software Developer (Java) at Sabre Holdings, where they worked on the infrastructure for processing airline tickets in a SOA/ServiceMix environment, was the system owner of an application providing Merchandising capabilities, and developed an XML server with a Rule Engine. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Java Software Engineer at SmartRecruiters. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Java Software Engineer at Akamai Technologies. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, and Senior Java Software Engineer at VirtusLab, where they worked on a microservice architecture based on AWS and a tech stack of vert. x, vavr, rx-java, and postgres. Jaroslaw currently works as a Machine Learning Engineer at NaturalAntibody.

Jaroslaw Kończak received their Master's degree from the University of Lodz in 2004.
