Matthew Jones

Matthew Jones has worked in the customer service and operations support industry since 2004. Matthew began their career at Pinewood Technologies, where they held the roles of Operations Support Team Leader, Manufacturer and Data Support Team Leader, 2nd Line Support Team Leader, 1st Line Support Team Leader, and 1st Line Support Consultant. In 2022, they joined Natural HR as the Customer Service Director.

Matthew Jones attended Zenos from 2007-2008, where they earned a Level 3 Advanced Diploma IT Practitioners ICT Systems, a Level 3 NVQ for IT Professionals, and an Advanced apprenticeship in IT Services and Development. Matthew also attended CTC Kingshurst Academy - College from 2002-2004, where they studied Information Technology & Business.
