Kirstine Skaarup

Kirstine Bekker Skaarup serves as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer at Nature Energy since January 2022, overseeing talent acquisition, people development, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, and facility services across Europe, North America, and Asia. Prior to this role, Kirstine was Senior Vice President of People & Culture at NORMAL A/S from March 2018 to January 2022, where leadership was provided for the HR and legal functions during the company's extensive international growth. Kirstine's legal expertise includes employment and labor law, M&A, GDPR, and contract law, with prior attorney positions at Holst, Advokater, Ingeniørforeningen, IDA, and BESTSELLER. Kirstine holds a Master of Law from Aarhus University and an Executive Management Program certification from INSEAD, among other educational qualifications.
