Cristy Scott

Cristy Scott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cristy has held various leadership roles in different companies.

In 1997, they began their career as a Regional Operations Manager at Todays Staffing, where they managed operations teams and was responsible for resolving issues and increasing revenue.

From 2003 to 2006, they served as the Director of Operations at Enterject, Inc., where they planned and managed operational activities for the web-based training division.

Cristy then joined CROSSMARK as the Director of Recruiting from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Cristy founded their own consulting firm, Scott Management Consulting, serving as the Managing Principal.

Cristy then returned to CROSSMARK as the Director of Talent Management from 2011 to 2013, responsible for creating and leading the Management Trainee program.

From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Sr. Director of Organizational Development & Learning at CROSSMARK, where they focused on talent development and leadership programs.

In 2014, they joined a Non-Profit Organization as the VP of Organizational Excellence, overseeing innovative programs, fundraising, and HR.

Finally, in 2015, Cristy joined Nature Nate's as the Chief People Officer, leading the company's HR functions.

Throughout their career, Cristy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on talent development and organizational excellence.

Cristy Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have also earned the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
