David de Silva

Co-Founder at Nature Preserve

David de Silva has a diverse work experience history. In 2007, they became the owner of Davids Bistro, which they managed until 2015. During the same year, they also founded Davids Deli, where they served as the owner until 2010. In 2016, they established Kandy Spices, a company that produces gourmet chili sauce and spices in Denmark. Currently, the products are sold in various types of stores. In 2018, they co-founded Nature Preserve, and in 2019, they joined Sovino Brands as an Executive Chef.

David de Silva attended Sorø Akademi from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Gymnasieeksamen degree. From 2000 to 2004, they studied at the Copenhagen Hospitality College, earning a degree in Hospitality with a specialization in Chef.
