Darci Reece

Darci Reece, CPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HR for Organizational Development and Design at Nature's Way, Darci has also held the positions of Director of People and Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources Manager within Nature's Way Canada. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at Ascenta and Pete's Fine Foods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nova Scotia Community College.
