Don Sweat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they served as the Director of Sales Strategy at Nature's Way, where they led trade spending strategy, executed annual planning processes, and implemented cross-functional process improvements. Prior to that, Don took a personal sabbatical to manage the financial and health affairs of a parent with Alzheimer's, establishing turnkey processes and systems. Don also held leadership positions at Starbucks & Nestle Coffee Partners, Mondelēz International, and The Hershey Company, where they directed sales planning, led joint business planning processes, and managed national accounts. Don began their career as a Retail Sales Representative at Johnson-Leiber Food Brokers and later served as a District Account Supervisor, Key Account Manager, and National Account Executive in the food industry.
Don Sweat earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Montana State University Billings. Don completed their studies at this institution in 1991.
