Karsin Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Sales & Event Coordinator for Regis Corporation, where they coordinated and executed events, facilitated sales incentive programs, and maintained franchisee relationships. In 2011, they joined Target as a Weekly Ad Operations Coordinator. Karsin then worked as an On-Site Producer for Periscope in 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Karsin worked for General Mills, holding various roles such as Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing Senior Planner, and Shopper Marketing Planner. In 2018, they became the Omni-Shopper Marketing Manager at SC Johnson, a role they held until 2021. After that, they worked as a Sales Director at Quotient Technology Inc. from 2021 to 2022, and then as a Consultant/Director of Shopper Marketing at SpoonfulONE from 2022 to 2022. Currently, Karsin serves as the Director of Shopper Marketing at Nature's Way, a position they assumed in 2023.
Karsin Bailey attended Woodbury High School from 2001 to 2004. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School from 2004 to 2008.
