Lydia Geving has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lydia began their career at Macy's in 2014 as a Cosmetic Associate, where they excelled in customer service, sales, and product knowledge. In 2018, they transitioned to Bria Hammel Interiors as a Marketing Intern, where they contributed to the successful execution of a launch party and supported the marketing team with various strategies, including influencer engagement. Later that year, Lydia joined Parametric as a Relationship Management Coordinator, where they played an integral role in identifying cross-selling opportunities, managing client inquiries, and producing client presentation materials. In 2019, they became a Social Strategist for General Mills brands, Pillsbury and Tablespoon, at MSP-C, developing social media strategies and campaigns. Following this, Lydia worked at Hiper Inc. as a Social Strategist and Community Manager, focusing on community engagement and social media strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Social Media Associate Manager at Nature's Way, where they oversee the organic and social media strategies.
