Rachel LaBerge began their work experience in 2006 as an Office and Reception Assistant at Mount Carmel Ministries. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Instrumental Ensemble Manager's Assistant at Concordia College, where they were responsible for planning and executing ensemble tours, assisting with event planning, and maintaining databases. In 2010, Rachel served as a Marketing Intern at Orchestra of St. Luke's. Rachel then worked as an Artistic Intern at the New York City Opera in 2012. Rachel joined Target in 2013 as a Barista and later worked as a Barista at Ginkgo Coffeehouse in 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Content Specialist at Triton Commerce, a digital marketing agency. Rachel held various roles at Nature's Way starting from 2018, including Social Media + Content Coordinator, Content Marketing Associate Manager, and currently serves as a Content Integration Manager.
Rachel LaBerge has a strong educational background in the arts and music. Rachel completed their Bachelor of Music degree in Flute/Piccolo and Spanish at Concordia College from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Music degree specializing in Flute/Piccolo Performance at Central Washington University from 2008 to 2010. To further enhance their knowledge in the arts administration field, they then earned a Master of Arts degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University between 2010 and 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Rachel LaBerge obtained an Enhanced Content Proficiency certification from Salsify in July 2023.
