CRM Manager at Nature's Way

Sandy Reisenauer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 1994, Sandy worked at Kohler Co as a Customer Service Agent II for three years before transitioning to the role of SAP Superuser, where they were responsible for managing the company's SAP system.

In 2000, Sandy became a Process Improvement Analyst I at Kohler Co, where they facilitated process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain. Sandy also trained personnel on the Kohler Operating System.

From 2002 to 2004, Sandy served as a Sales Analyst II at Kohler Co, providing analysis and reporting on budgets, sales, and warranty to upper management. Sandy also worked on projects related to sales incentives and returns process redesign.

In 2004, Sandy took on the role of Project Analyst, where they provided data analysis and matched projects to Black Belt candidates within the company.

In 2005, Sandy became a Sr. Sales Analyst at Kohler Co, serving as the Project Manager for the development and implementation of the SAP Sales CRM system. Sandy also managed ongoing CRM support for sales and collaborated with IT and Sales Management on various projects.

In 2012, Sandy joined Wacker Neuson as a Business Analyst SAP CRM, responsible for analyzing business initiatives and developing and implementing business systems using SAP. Sandy improved customer service, productivity, and profitability and ensured process and data integrity across the organization.

From 2011 to 2018, Sandy worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lakeshore Technical College, where they provided instruction in their area of expertise.

Since 2015, Sandy has been working at Nature's Way as a CRM Manager. In this role, they manage outside consultants and project teams, analyzes business CRM initiatives, and translates requirements into solutions. Sandy is also the project manager for the SAP Cloud for Customer implementation.

Throughout their career, Sandy has demonstrated expertise in CRM, business analysis, project management, process improvement, and system implementation.

Sandy Reisenauer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Lakeland University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin - Sheboygan from 1978 to 1981 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Music Teacher Education. In addition, Sandy obtained a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification in May 2003.
