Craig Bossert's work experience begins in 2003 when they started at Cargill as a Production Supervisor. Craig then moved on to become a Crush Department Supervisor before eventually becoming a Plant Superintendent. In these roles, they supervised process operators, maintained process equipment, and implemented process improvements to maximize efficiency and quality. Craig also played a role in hiring, orientation, and performance management processes. After leaving Cargill in 2009, they briefly worked as a Project Engineer before returning to Cargill in 2012 as a Corn Germ Plant Team Leader. Craig was later promoted to Corn Oil Plant Superintendent before taking on the role of Corn Oil Superintendent. In 2017, they joined Cargill Starches & Sweeteners North America as the Ethanol & Utilities Operations Manager. Currently, Craig Bossert works at NatureWorks as the Production Operations Manager, and has previously held the position of Site Leader. Craig is currently the Director of Manufacturing at NatureWorks starting from March 2023.
Craig Bossert attended South Dakota Mines from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
