Svitlana Owens

Svitlana Owens has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Svitlana most recently worked at NatureWorks as a Senior Scientist since November 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at Pace Analytical for over 11 years, where they served as a Lab Analyst IV. In this role, they conducted 3M product testing and manufacturing process emissions testing, as well as studied atmospheric degradation pathways and reaction kinetics of 3M chemicals. Svitlana was also responsible for quantitative analysis using real-time gas-phase FTIR and GC/MS. Before joining Pace Analytical, Svitlana worked as a Graduate Research Intern at Thin Film Technology Corporation, where they focused on manufacturing and characterizing dielectric thin films and evaluating the operation of vacuum deposition and etching machines. Additionally, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Svitlana Owens pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Physics from Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2003 to 2005.
