Sebastian Kvist

Sebastian Kvist currently serves as the Director of Collections and Research at Naturhistoriska riksmuseet since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto from March 2015 to April 2023, and as Curator and Associate Curator at the Royal Ontario Museum within the same timeframe. Sebastian Kvist was also a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University from September 2012 to February 2015. Educationally, Sebastian Kvist earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology from the Richard Gilder Graduate School at the American Museum of Natural History between 2008 and 2012.
