Brenda McAlice

Brenda McAlice has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain planning and demand forecasting. Brenda currently holds the position of Vice President Supply Chain at NATURIUM starting from October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the VP - Demand, Supply and Sales/Ops Planning at BH Cosmetics from October 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining BH Cosmetics, Brenda worked at Curation Foods from 2017 to 2020. During their time there, they held the roles of Director of Demand Planning and Senior Manager of Demand Planning. In these positions, they oversaw demand planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple brand businesses and led the monthly S&OP process. Brenda also provided demand forecasting for procurement, manufacturing schedules, and financial forecasts to executive leadership.

Brenda's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Planning at Traditional Medicinals, Inc. from July 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and the management of direct reports in the planning organization.

Prior to that, Brenda held various roles at PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company from 2007 to 2015, including Sr. Demand Manager, MRP Associate Manager, Regional Supply Planner, and Demand Planner. In these positions, they were responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, and sourcing for a large distribution network, as well as the management of supply planners.

Before joining PepsiCo, Brenda worked as a Supply Planning Analyst at Coors Brewing Company from 2005 to 2007. Brenda was responsible for executing replenishment strategies and planning supply needs for the distribution network. Brenda also implemented processes to improve forecasting accuracy and minimize financial impact.

Brenda began their career as an Inventory Planner at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream from 2002 to 2003. In this role, they led sales and operations planning meetings and managed inventory for hundreds of SKUs.

Brenda McAlice attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management.
