Vera Kirillov has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing and e-commerce. Vera started their career as a Brand Management Intern at The Hain Celestial Group, where they analyzed market data and proposed new product innovations. Vera then joined Ampush as a Growth Marketing Analyst, where they managed and optimized direct-response campaigns for subscription e-commerce clients. After that, Vera worked at The Hain Celestial Group again, first as a Brand Assistant for Earth's Best, leading new product development projects, and later as an Associate Brand Manager for Earth's Best and TERRA, overseeing the P&L, marketing budget, and product portfolio.
Vera then joined Dr. Rossi DERM MD as a Business Development Manager, leading the launch of a new luxury skincare brand and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Vera also took on the role of Director of Growth Marketing at the same company, overseeing e-commerce activities and developing customer acquisition strategies.
Most recently, Vera worked at Naturopathica as a Senior Manager of E-commerce, where they managed paid digital media and SEO, driving new customer acquisition. Vera then progressed to Director of Growth Marketing, responsible for overseeing e-commerce activities, developing acquisition strategies, and improving website conversion rates. Finally, they became the Senior Director of Marketing and E-commerce at Naturopathica, owning the P&L for the e-commerce business and developing brand campaign strategies.
