Lisa Paul

Lisa Paul is the current Vice President and Chief People Officer at Natus Medical. Lisa has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, including global HR leadership roles. Lisa has a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategy in support of business goals and organizational transformation.

Lisa began their career as an HR Business Partner at Cisco Systems, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for providing HR support to business units and employees. Lisa then went on to become the Vice President of Talent Management at Flextronics. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of talent management, from succession planning to leadership development to performance management.

Most recently, Lisa served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at OCLARO. In this role, they oversaw HR for the organization globally, including developing and implementing HR strategy, talent management, culture, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Lisa also managed a team of 35 employees in 5 countries and reported directly to the CEO.

Lisa has a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategy that supports business goals and organizational transformation. Lisa is an expert in all aspects of talent management and has a strong understanding of how to build an effective organizational culture. Lisa is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
