Cristian Cavagna's work experience begins in 2011 as a Web Project Manager for BMW and MINI Italy dealer network at Intesys. Cristian later became a Consultant as a Web communication Specialist for MINI at BMW Italia. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Senior Web Project Manager for Brand BMW and MINI Sales and Aftersales. Starting in 2015, Cavagna assumed the role of Team Leader and Digital Marketing and CRM Senior Project Manager for BMW Group Italia at Intesys. In 2019, they joined Cartier as the Digital & Media Manager for Cartier South East Europe. In this role, they were responsible for the region's media investments and collaborated closely with events and PR departments. Cavagna's most recent position is as the Global Head of Digital & E-Commerce at Natuzzi, which they started in 2021.

Cristian Cavagna pursued their higher education at the Università degli Studi di Verona from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Lingue e letterature straniere. Cristian then attended the Università degli Studi di Padova from 2008 to 2009, where they completed a Master's degree in Linguistica Generale e Applicata.
