Donatella Cappiello

Donatella Cappiello has been serving as Process & Organization Manager at Natuzzi since January 2009, overseeing strategic transformation projects in support of the CEO. Key projects include the management of obsolete product disposal processes. Previous roles at Natuzzi included Process and Organization Specialist and Stagista in the organization area, focusing on global SAP HCM implementation and organizational analysis. Cappiello's early experience includes an internship in quality management at Amgas Spa, where responsibilities involved updating documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, and a role as a waitress at Always Pub. Cappiello holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Bari specializing in human resource evaluation and training processes, and a master’s degree in human resources management from Universus Csei.
