Elisabetta Paradiso

Elisabetta Paradiso has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Center of Expertise in Recruiting and Training at Natuzzi since November 2009, and previously held the position of HR Specialist at De Cecco S.p.a. from January 2005 to November 2009. Elisabetta's career began as a Trainer at Polo qualità Milano from September 2003 to December 2004. Academically, Elisabetta holds a Master's degree in Assessment and Development Skills from Idea Management and a Master's in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD, completed in 2003. Additional educational experience includes an Erasmus program at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a degree in Lettere from Università degli studi di Siena.
