Ankush Agarwal

Ankush Agarwal currently serves as the Head of COO Change Management at NatWest Group, overseeing a team of over 25 Change leads focusing on key regulatory initiatives since March 2018. Previously, Ankush held various positions, including Regulatory Program Management at Citi and Head of Change Management at Nomura Securities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Fidelity Investments, Director of Prime Brokerage IT at UBS, and Management Consultant/Manager at Deloitte. Ankush began a career in technology at Verizon as a Tech Lead/Architect and has held leadership positions across multiple organizations, demonstrating extensive expertise in change management and regulatory program oversight. Ankush holds an Executive Program degree in Advanced Fintech and Financial Blockchain from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University.
