Eleanor Whittaker

Eleanor Whittaker is a seasoned Digital Product Manager at NatWest Group, leading a team of 9 to enhance everyday banking solutions across multiple app platforms. Prior to this role, Eleanor served as the Payments Platform Product Lead at British Airways, overseeing the maintenance and development of a global payment platform. Previous experience includes positions at Banco Santander, where Eleanor advanced from Operations Intern to Senior Project Manager, executing a major CRM platform project and leading multiple agile initiatives. Additionally, Eleanor co-founded the RHUL Economics Society and has contributed as a co-opted governor at Holywell Primary School. Eleanor holds a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
