Jennifer Robinson-Bird

Jennifer Robinson-Bird is a seasoned design researcher with extensive experience in the finance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at NatWest Group since May 2024, Jennifer previously held the position of Principal UX Consultant and Senior UX Consultant at Foolproof from August 2016 to May 2024. In these roles, Jennifer was responsible for conducting customer research throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing various qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure optimal customer outcomes. Earlier experience includes a role as a UX Architect at PERFORM, where Jennifer designed interfaces across multiple platforms while conducting user research and analysis. Jennifer holds a BSc in Information and Communication Technology with a focus on User Experience from The University of Huddersfield and A-levels in ICT and Maths from Chellaston Sixth Form.
