Martin Maginnis has extensive experience in digital transformation and marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Journey Developer at NatWest Group since June 2016, Martin has contributed to home energy and climate propositions, as well as managed various digital experience roles focusing on climate engagement and retail strategy. Previous positions at NatWest include Digital Experience Manager and Digital Journey Manager. Prior to NatWest, Martin held roles at VisitScotland as Digital Analytics & Insight Manager and at Sainsbury's Bank in multiple digital-focused roles. Martin began the career as a Marketing Assistant at Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, progressing through positions at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and Harper Macleod LLP. Martin holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA (Hons) in Business & Hospitality from Glasgow Caledonian University.
