Pete Bancroft

Pete Bancroft currently serves as Mortgage Retention Lead and previously held the position of Customer Journey Performance Lead in the Chief Transformation Office at NatWest Group since January 2021. Prior to this, Bancroft held various roles at NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2006 to 2021, including Director of Lending Products and Director of Business Banking Product Strategy. With extensive experience in managing product strategies for SME customers, Bancroft has successfully delivered multiple pricing platforms and launched government lending schemes. Early career experience includes managing a retail banking branch at Bradford & Bingley. Academic background includes education at Lilley & Stone Secondary School & Sixth Form College.
