Philip Speedie

Philip Speedie serves as the Chair of The Well Society at Motherwell FC since November 2024. With extensive experience at NatWest Group since October 2007, Philip has held various leadership roles, including Experience Lead for Amazon Connect Optimisation, Migration, and Remote Contact Transformation. Additional positions include Product Owner and Scrum Master in Branch Format & Transformation, Strategy Manager in the Branch Network, and Senior Data Analyst and Lean Change Agent in the same division. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 2003 and 2007.
