Poonam Gupta

Poonam Gupta is a seasoned technology and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of the Technology Academy at NatWest Group since October 2023, Poonam has previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Quess Corp Limited from May 2022 to September 2023. Poonam's career at NIIT Ltd spanned a decade, during which roles included Deputy General Manager - Quality, Senior Manager - Quality, and Manager - LDM. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at GS1 India and various leadership positions at NIIT Limited, including Technical Operations Head and Group Leader roles. Poonam holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from both Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Delhi University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from Delhi University.
