Rohan Manohar has extensive experience in operational resilience and IT service management, holding senior leadership positions at NatWest Group, including Sr. Vice President - Operational Resilience & IT Service Management, Vice President - IT Service Management & Production Governance, and Associate Vice President - Service Delivery & Operational Resilience. Prior to NatWest Group, Rohan was with RBS, serving as Technical Lead - Problem Management and Service Improvement, and held various roles focused on problem management and major incidents. Rohan began a career in IT at HCL Technologies as a Senior Specialist in Problem and Major Incident Management and has also worked at Altisource as an Incident & Problem Manager, as well as at HCL Infosystems Ltd as a Trainee Engineer.
