Sapna Bansal

Sapna Bansal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance surveillance and testing within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Director at NatWest Group since July 2015, Sapna leads various projects including voice and communication surveillance, conflicts programs, and regulatory rules mapping, while managing automation initiatives and user acceptance testing. Prior to NatWest Group, Sapna held positions at SAP Labs as a Lead Test Engineer and at Aspire Systems as a Test Lead, contributing to significant projects involving intelligent cost management and operations management systems.
