Sara Harding

Sara Harding currently serves as the Governance (PMO) Lead / Project Manager at NatWest Group, focusing on the ISO 20022 Programme and Mandatory Payments since February 2022. Previously, Sara held positions at HSBC as Project Manager / PMO Manager for the Resolvability Assessment Framework and worked at NatWest as a Project Manager / Consultant. Additionally, Sara's extensive experience at the Royal Bank of Scotland spanned over a decade, including roles such as Design & Delivery Manager, Senior Lean Change Consultant, and Forecasting & Planning Manager, where responsibilities included managing transformational programmes, embedding a continuous improvement culture, and delivering business goals through Lean practices. Sara began their career in customer service within branch banking at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2001 to 2003 and was educated at Sanders Draper School.
