Temisan Dafedjaiye

Temisan Dafedjaiye currently serves in a Global DEI role focused on People & Transformation at NatWest Group, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Director role in Human Resources for Leadership Talent Programmes and Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley from January 2021 to July 2023. Between December 2017 and January 2021, Temisan worked as a Talent Manager for People and Culture at Lendlease, focusing on Talent Management and Diversity. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Partner at Hitachi Rail Europe and a Resource Manager at Randstad Canada.
