Gabriel Cervantes is an experienced environment artist and mentor with a robust background in game art and design. Currently serving as a Lead Environment Artist at Naughty Dog, Gabriel is actively involved in the development of "Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet." Previous roles include Senior Environment Artist and Environment Artist for the same title and contributions to the critically acclaimed "The Last of Us Part 1." Furthermore, Gabriel serves as a mentor at Sierra Division, Inc. and Think Tank Training Centre, focusing on environment and props for games, while also teaching at Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation. Gabriel's past experience encompasses significant projects at Ready At Dawn Studios and Raven Software, where multiple Call of Duty titles were shipped. Additionally, Gabriel’s early career involved stereoscopic conversion work for well-known films at Stereo D and Legend, along with internship experience at Sony Online Entertainment. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Game Art and Design from The Art Institute of California-San Diego.
