Matt Neapolitan

Matt Neapolitan is an experienced cinematic professional with a diverse background in various roles within the film and gaming industries. Currently serving as the Cinematic Lead at Naughty Dog since June 2018, Matt previously worked at Blur Studio as a Layout artist and held multiple positions at The Mill, Proof Inc., and Lucasfilm, focusing on previs, postvis, and layout. With a strong foundation in production support roles at Feature Films and MTV Networks, along with significant editing and videography experience at ESPN, Matt has cultivated a robust skill set over a career that began in 1997. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and also pursued education at the University of Southern California.
