Maxim Demyanov

Maxim Demyanov has extensive experience in product development and business analysis, currently serving as the Руководитель по развитию at Naumen since January 2012, where responsibilities include advancing Naumen Service Desk 4 and Naumen Network Manager products, enhancing sales tools, conducting training webinars, and facilitating new contract procurement. Prior experience includes an engineering role at CTS tech from January 2009 to December 2011, focusing on the installation, configuration, and support of interaction registration systems. In 2008, Maxim worked as a telephone sales specialist at Home Credit and Finance Bank, assisting customers in finding optimal credit solutions. Prior to that, from July 2005 to May 2007, Maxim functioned as an Instructor Training Hostess at McDonald's Corporation, developing training materials and executing local marketing initiatives.
