Yoann E. A. le Bihan

Yoann E. A. Le Bihan is an experienced Data Protection and Cybersecurity Consultant currently serving as an external Data Protection Officer for various public and private sector entities. Since November 2021, Yoann has also held the position of Of Counsel at NautaDutilh, contributing technical expertise to the firm's IP/IT teams. As a solo practitioner in Technology Law since November 2019, Yoann operates a virtual office in San Jose, California. Previously, from 2018 to 2020, Yoann was the Head of IT Operations at LuxairGroup, overseeing a team of around 30 engineers and technicians while managing IT compliance and regulatory matters. Yoann's career includes various freelance consulting roles within notable organizations such as BNP Paribas and Clearstream Services, spanning over 15 years. Academically, Yoann holds a Juris Doctor degree from Purdue Global Law School and multiple advanced legal qualifications from The University of Law and other institutions in France.
