Evert Timberg

Evert Timberg has extensive work experience as a software developer and architect. They started their career as a PEY intern at Advanced Micro Devices, where they conducted timing characterization and automated job tasks using Spice simulators and Perl scripts. They then worked as a software developer for National Instruments, where they overhauled codebases and contributed to the design and implementation of Multisim Live. After that, they joined Opus One Solutions Energy Corp. as a Software Architect, leading full stack development and focusing on designing a reliable distributed service architecture. They then joined Top Hat as a Staff Software Developer, working on cross-functional projects and database migration. Currently, Evert is a Principal Software Developer at Nautical Commerce.

Evert Timberg pursued their education from 2008 to 2013 at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In September 2009, they also obtained certification as a First Responder & CPR-HCP from the Canadian Red Cross.
